João Paixão dos Santos Neto

Graduated in Food Technology and in Biological Sciences, Master in Food Science and Technology, and Ph.D. in Agronomy (Postharvest fruits). I worked as a teacher of a technical course in food. I worked as a scientific researcher (Physiology and Postharvest fruits) at the National Institute of Agrarian and Veterinary. I am currently a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Madeira (UMa), Center for Sustainable Agriculture and Food Technology.
