Gonçalo is a Biology undergraduate student at the University of Madeira and a volunteer at UMaCI. He supports projects such as ARCADE, which strengthens pollinator insect reference collections in Portugal, as well as the pollinator collections initiative. His scientific interests include entomology, fieldwork, and ecology.
