Dulce is currently an Invited Professor at UMa and a Research Fellow at ARDITI, working on process modelling and organisational change, mainly in the EDIH Smart Islands Hub and project Dynamic eGov. Her research interests are organisational behaviour, organisational change, enterprise engineering, cooperative work, and collaborative learning.
